# License decision — MIT for original material

Adopted in Phase H2f on 2026-10-09 JST. Original repository material is released
under the [MIT License](../LICENSE), copyright (c) 2026 greenwakame. This decision
supersedes the earlier H2 undecided plan. It does not change the 2026-10-08
experimental knowledge freeze or any experimental result.

MIT covers original project material only. It does not transfer ownership of,
or relicense, third-party models, distributions, code, workflow concepts or
private media. The templates retain upstream provenance; node type names do
not bundle their implementations. Input/output rights and any future media
release remain separate.

Wan-Video/Wan-Animate-2 and Comfy-Org/Wan-Animate-2 (Apache-2.0), and ComfyUI
(GPL-3.0). The [official MIT text](https://opensource.org/license/mit) is used

## Publication state

The license decision is complete. Git initialization, repository creation,
push and Pages enablement have not been performed in H2f. They belong to a
separately authorized publication phase.

The companion THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md in this frozen knowledge directory remains
the historical H2 record. Its final undecided-license paragraph is superseded
by this H2f decision; its third-party provenance and license references remain
unchanged. The current release notice is linked above.
